Nicole was the the 4th person to call me but she spoke to me like we were old friends....it was such a pleasant change from the other calls. Nicole talked me through the process even though I have shipped vehicles in the past, she wanted to make sure I understood everything....glad she did too The driver picked up on time The carrier arrived a day early and was very pleasant...had no problems with anything.
