We live in CA and purchased a new car online from a dealer in VA. We handled bringing the car out to CA ourselves instead of the dealer (we were able to save some money doing it ourselves), so we checked out a few transportation brokers and vehicle transporter companies on line and decided to go with Ship A Car Direct because of their reviews, and also because of there detailed website. We liked how they told you everything and didn't try to sugar coat it, so we knew going in what to expect. Because I had read that the delivery date is only an "estimated date" I understood that it could take a little longer, which it did, but again there was also a blizzard that had just taken place on the East Coast so I expected it to take a few days longer. Receiving our car was easy and other than being a little dirty on the outside, which we expected since it was being transported on an open carrier, it was relativley clean on the inside. We were very pleased with Emily who helped us schedule the pick up and also with their follow up after the car was delivered. We would use them again if the need every arises.
