| Review: | It is in general a positive experience where customer service was prompt and got the deal settled fast. The driver, once dispatched, was reachable by phone. Car got to the destination on time, in good condition. A couple of points to mention: Montway assigned the transportation to a carrier that I did not know ahead of time- the driver was not clear on the exact pick-up time, so I had to wait from morning to afternoon to get car picked up- the car was dirty when delivered. | |
