| Subject | Drive was great but Montway dispatchers told me different | |
| Review: | The driver was 100%! Very nice to talk to and very friendly. Strapped the car down nicely and did exactly what he needed to do.... get it from point A to point B safely and he did that very well. Dispatchers told me I would have the car picked up on either of the two days I said I was available. After not hearing from them on the last day I was available, I called and told them this would be the last day for two weeks I would be in town. They FINALLY found a driver that showed up late that night which in return made me late to leave for my trip. If it wasn't for the poor dispatching I wouldn't' have any complaints. Again, the driver was the highlight of the whole scenario. | |
