Overall great experience. My car arrived on time and in the same condition it left in. My only suggestion is it would have been nice to have some type of tracking to know where the trailer was. The company Ship A Car Direct ended up finding for me to use wasn't the greatest at communicating. I never received a call the day before pickup to confirm the time frame to expect it in. Luckily, David was right on it and reached out to them for me to have them give me a call which they did within the hour. While it was in transit, the guy who picked up my car said he would give me a call early in the week to give me an update on arrival time but never did. I ended up having to reach out to him on my own. Other than that, everyone was professional and the process went smoothly. I would definitely use them again if I ever need to ship my car again.
