| Review: | I had started the process with another company, but learned late into the decision that they never had a Driver for me. Luckily I had kept the phone number for Alan over at South Beach Transport as he asked me to do so. I called Alan and spoke to him explained the issue at hand and he looked out for me. Not only was Alan always available, but so was Jim who is his assistant. While I couldn't get anyone to answer at the company of my Original choice, South Beach Transport's Alan and Jim were always available. Thank you gentlemen for your great timing and wonderful Customer Service. | |
