| Review: | I was looking to ship my car. Unknowingly I started off with a company that was cheaper. After taking my money they disappeared. It was like I was never their customer. So when Alan called to talk to me about the shipping of my vehicle I was beyond frustrated, but Alan explained the process and explained what was going with the other company why they didn't answer me. Well after a lot of convincing I went ahead and let Alan take over. he told me what I needed to do to get my money back. And so I did. Shortly after that I got a call from a fellow named Jim.. Who turns out is Alan's assistant and they are a great team. I am grateful that I decided to give Alan and Jim a chance as they came to my rescue. Thanks. | |
