Worst experience ive ever had.Called on Monday and spoke with Ross, owners son.
Told me I would be contacted Monday night by a driver to schedule pick up in Michigan for Tues or Eed and would deliver to LasVegas by the weekend. Signed my contract and provifed my credit card info and things went downhill quickly.
No call Monday, nothing Tues. Called and spoke with Casey in customer service.
No help. Nothing Wednesday. Tried both days calling Ross whos voice mail was full....emailed. No reply.
Called him Thursday and he said he sent me the teucking companies info which I never received. He did "resend" it Thursday (the day after my car was suppose to be on its way. I contacted the trucking company and was told they couldnt pick it up until next week and it would be delivered the following week. 10 days beyond what Ross had promised.
I called customer servive and told them I waa cancelling my contract. That they had not made true on even one asoect of our contract. Casey told me she would need to charge my credit card as the puck up was already scheduled (scheduled for pick up 3 days after it WAS SUPPOSE TO ARRIVE). Had to cancel my card, find a new company and start all over.
DO NOT USE TRANSPORT 123. LIARS!! They did not do one thing they saud they would, were rude and totally unprofessional.
One girl in customer service (Jeanine) told me to "take a chill pill".Please save yourself the time and trama and DONT CALL TRANSPORT123 !!!!.
