| Review: | had my car shipped from New York to Arizona.I was never able to track the car even though I was told I would be able to do that. When the car arrived,I was notified it would be delivered to me the next day yo the final destination. It was to come on a flatbed. When it arrived it was damaged and I was upset to find that it was driven to me instead of sent on a flatbed. I never consented to anyone driving my car without my knowledge. I was very upset. They also argued with me about the damage on the car. I had photos of the car taken before it left for Arizona. Even with the pictures showing no damage before transportation they still argued with me. It was a horrible experience. Customer service stinks. I will never recommend them.They are do unprofessional! | |
