| Review: | Karen did and excellent job in coordinating the scheduling and overall process. she made it easy for us to understand and was always available for any questions that we might have. the driver kept us aware of his pickup and delivery times well in advance of the pickup and delivery timing. overall, this was a very good experience for us. | |
