I had been trying to get a mustang moved from GA-MO. I responded to a phone message left by Nicole. She explained start to finish how it works and some tricks others will use to get information out of you. I must confess i did fall for it from another company. I signed with Nicole and South Beach because they never asked for card information over the phone to pay anything up front.
Anyway, she found me a driver and he was on his way, when the guy I bought the car from called me to say another company said they were on their way to pick up the car. I called Nicole to find out what the heck was going on. this is where the trick came in. I had believed another guy when i talked to him that he had to have pick up and delivery info to get a proper price. Little did I know he was going to send a driver for the car without me signing for it. I really said " Help" to Nicole. She called the other trucker and found out the price he was told which I never agreed to. Major lesson learned.
The seller turned the keys over to the guy Nicole assigned for me and the car came in excellent condition.Thanks again Nicole
