this was the first time I was shipping a car and I was hit by a flood of calls and emails. I had a company call me and the person there was so rude to me, I felt like giving up and just driving my Jeep. The next call after that was Nicole. She patiently listened to me vent and helped to calm me down. She also calmed my fears about shipping. She asked my needs for shipping, explained her services, explained the process then gave me the price. She was my no means cheap. The thing was I was not looking for cheap. I just wanted a company that would treat my car with care.
South Beach Transport did.
She gave me her numbers as well as that of her assistant.
They got me a really good driver who was professional and updated me daily which I appreciated since he had my "baby" on his truck.
My Jeep got to me intact and great condition. I have already referred Nicole to some of my family and friends Thanks Nicole and Brittany. You guys made this easy. |
