I was moving back to Florida and it was extremely stressful. I have to tell you, I had driven cross country and I was never doing that again. I decided to look into getting my car shipped back. Man, I was flooded with calls. It was almost intimidating. I was cursed out by another company because I would not commit then and there with them. It almost made me drive back to Florida which was the last thing I wanted to do.
Then came Nicole and South Beach Transport. She listened to me vent about my experiences prior to her talking to me. She cut through all the crap and told me step by step. She gave me her contact information as well as those for her assistant, Brittany. This 'vette is my baby so I really was not looking forward to doing this but she was able to allay my fears. I had had a ton of questions and I called multiple times. I was able to speak with either Nicole or Brittany. They both made me comfortable and was able to get my baby picked up and delivered in spotless condition. I had heard horror stories of drivers being nasty. I can say happily my driver was nothing like that at all. The driver was professional and communicative.
I know if I ever have to ship a car, I will definitely be calling South Beach Transport and Nicole along with Brittany to get the job done. |
