I was planning to drive cross country but I hurt myself and was not able to. I shopped around to get the best price of course. When I spoke with Nicole at South Beach Transport, she gave me her recommended price. I did some more shopping around and called her back to let her know my friend had gotten a cheaper rate. She advised me that it was not going to fly because of the distance and what I was trying to ship. Anyway, I did not listen and I must confess, I should have. I got excuse after excuse why a driver never showed up. So I called Nicole back. I started the process all over again but this time I chose to listen. she transferred me to Diana and show set up my request. As soon as I sent my signed document back to them, she found me a driver in 24 hours which was tight because I had to catch a flight but we got it done. The driver who showed up was professional and did not give me flack for having some stuff in the car and I had not told Nicole or Diana about it. I was able to get on my flight and made it home. Edgar the driver was at my doorstep the day he said he would arrive in California.
I am glad I found South Beach Transport. I know if I have to ship again, I will be calling them first thing.
