Very rarely do you find a company that goes above and beyond for their customers. South Beach Transport is one of those companies. I called in hysterical because my pick up date was three weeks ago and the company I was dealing with was no where to be found. Mind you I had already paid them a Deposit. It wasn't but $50.00 but my issue wasn't really the money, but the fact that my car was still just sitting and I was already all the way across settling in. Luckily Nicole called from SBT and after a lot of hesitation I decided to hear her out. It was the best thing I did. Not only was Nicole always keeping me posted, but her assistant Natalie called me with two hours of me hanging up with Nicole to let me know that my car was getting picked up that same day and would be on it's way shortly. Thank you ladies and Thank you South Beach Transport for all your attention. |
