Our car was shipped from Hawaii on Pasha Lines - who, by the way was HORRIBLE...it was not delivered to us on the date they promised after we flew in from Hawaii to Oakland to pick it up and travel to our daughter's graduation then on to NM where she started her first job... where we were going to leave the car for her and then fly back home to HI. We stopped the car enroute at the port and , after going out for bids on the transport network, Alan Ortega responded promptly and actually told me "I will get this done for you"... just what we needed to hear after our car was being held "hostage" at port by Pasha and their ineptness... Alan set up the trucker to haul our vehicle from CA to NM, even texting me over a weekend to assure us that they had our back. In the end, South Beach came through for us and Saved Us from our daughter not having her vehicle - which was desperately needed to arrive by a certain date in NM. Kudos to Alan @ South Beach as well as the trucker, UZ Transport... Mahalo Nui |
