Man was this a lesson learned. So it turns out, South Beach Transport was never my original intended choice of companies, but they ultimately are the ones who got the job done. Reason being, I thought the price was TOO HIGH (all the other quotes I received were way lower) and figured they all do the same thing right? Licensed, insured, bonded, what's the big deal? Just give me the cheapest one like the airplane fares! Man was I wrong about that. Sure, the first guy I booked with was nice and seemed to know a lot about the industry, but I promise you as soon as I signed up with this guy, his entire demeanor had changed. I began receiving the run around up until my calls were no longer being answered. So I decided to venture on to find a new company. Meanwhile any company I reached out to whom originally claimed to have no deposit, ALL insisted that I pay a deposit for the reservation. I tried one more company and was once again left out to dry. Not only that. They raised the price like $200! Now all the while this guy David at South Beach Trans been trying to get me to sign with him saying he had a truck (which I have already heard a million times from others) but it was way more costly. At this point I had no other options. Listen, it was less than an hour before he had a driver calling me to set up a time to pick up the car. Conclusion...YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! I will never call another company to move my stuff. South Beach Transport is the real deal. No games. Enough said. Thanks David and the guys at South Beach Transport. |
