I was shipping a car for the very first time and i can easily say that this industry is brutal.
I received quotes all over the map. I got as cheap at 650. i can also say I thought this price was a bargain. Well right after that, i got a call from Nicole. When I told her the price, she took the time and explained to me why i got that quote. She was able to tell me almost exactly what that person said. They promised and guaranteed the rate as long as i paid them up front. I was about the cough up $300 but I thank my lucky stars that I did take the time and speak with Nicole.
She took me to reviews on that company that showed they did upfront and never delivered. She showed all the complaints on that company. She did not bash them, she just showed facts Dodged a bullet there.
Anyway, bottom line is South Beach Transport did not charge me a dime until my car got to Venice, CA. The trucker was professional and my car arrived on a brand new rig. It so all nice and fancy, i took a picture of my car on it.
This was an experience but thanks to Nicole and Natalie, it was a great one. I will be in Cali for at least a year but when i have to go back home, there is no other company that I will call South Beach Transport is it!!!! |
