My husband was out of town on business and we needed to have our car towed from Nevada to Louisiana. I had never towed a car locally, never the less, cross country. So I did what any smart person would do. I googled it. Boy, was I overwhelmed. I plugged in my information online and was bombarded with calls from brokers all over the nation. I was lucky to find Alex from South Beach Transport. He was understanding, patient but most of all, truthful. When everyone tod me yes it would be no problem, Alex explained what type of obstacles we could possibly face. After talking to Alex and having my car shipped in a timely manner, I think I'm ready to ship vehicles world- wide! Alex held my hand and guided me through the whole process, explaining every step of the way. There was never a time I called and he didn't either answer or call right back. His assistance was above and beyond. Jeff, my husband was impressed I never asked him for some type of advice and was able to do this without his help. Of course, I used his credit card. After all, the car was Jeff's. Thank you South Beach and Alex! |
