I was moving a car for my son who was moving to Minnesota for a job. I was flooded with a whole bunch of emails and call after call. I started to ignore them. I was glad that I actually took Nicole's call.
She explained everything to me. Why she gave me the price she did and why it was more than others.
I can say after researching most of the companies, the thing that stuck with me was the fact that neither Nicole or her assistant Natalie ever asked me for credit card to reserve anything. Everyone else asked for something up front except one guy. Now, . One even tried to say the same thing South Beach Transport did and they were definitely cheaper but as soon as I started, he tried to slide in " I need the credit card". So I went right back to South Beach. I paid the higher rate but I really can say, it was worth it.
Pick up at my house was smooth and easy. I had a trucker who was friendly and told me what he was doing when he was inspecting the car and everything. My son was pleased when he got the car.
If I ever need to ship a car again, or know anyone who does, i will send them to South Beach Transport. |
