I recently shipped my vehicle with Navy Auto Transport. Jerry was the rep assigned to me. He was very persistent in explaining to me that the route going out of Florida is a seasonal route and that it would be a higher price during the summer. At first I was contracted with another company with a much lower rate. However, when my ship date came, my vehicle was not picked up!! I waited about 5 days without hearing anything from the previous company. That's when Jerry called to see if I still needed his services. I didn't want to pay more but Jerry made me understand that my Jeep would not move at the price I was waiting for. I finally agreed and within 24 hours Jerry found me a driver!! I never even heard back from the other company! I would definitely use Navy Auto Transport for my next vehicle shipment!! |
