I found it very hectic trying to find a company who I felt I can trust. It boiled down to the broker I was speaking to. Many of them wanted me to give them a credit card and the moment I declined their tone of voice changed and eventually the converstion went no where. Alan was very patient and answered all of my questions. I felt he was the most trustworthy of all of the companies. He assured me I would not be charged unless the vehicle was delivered. All in all him and his assistant was in constant contact with me and it was a great feeling when it all came full circle and my vehicle was assigned to a driver and picked up shortly after. Great job South Beach Transport and if anyone reads this please don't wast time over $100 difference of the other companies because you do get what you pay for and from my understanding sometimes not even that! |
