Terms of use

Last updated: October 13, 2026. These terms apply to everyone who uses transportautoreviews.com (the “site”), which is run by Transport Auto Reviews LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. What the site is

The site publishes reviews and ratings of auto transport brokers and carriers, written by people who say they used them, along with company details and price information drawn from those reviews. Reviews are the opinions of the people who wrote them, not our opinions, and we don’t verify every statement in them. Use the site as one source of information among several, and do your own checks before choosing a company.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 to write a review, submit a company or hold a company account.

3. Writing reviews and other content

  • Everything you submit must be truthful, based on your own experience, and follow our review guidelines.
  • You keep ownership of what you write. By submitting it you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, permanent licence to publish, display, reproduce, adapt for formatting and distribute it, on the site and in connection with it.
  • We decide whether to publish, edit for guideline reasons, or remove any content, at our discretion. We don’t pay for reviews and don’t accept payment to publish, remove or change them.
  • You are responsible for what you post. Don’t post anything false, defamatory, infringing, or that invades someone’s privacy.

4. Company accounts

  • Company accounts are for people authorised to act for that company. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Replies to reviews must be factual and professional and follow the review guidelines. Don’t post customers’ personal information in a reply.
  • We may refuse, suspend or remove an account that misuses the site, including by writing or soliciting fake reviews.

5. Sponsorship

Sponsors pay for extra visibility as described on the sponsor page. Sponsorship does not affect any company’s reviews, ratings or rankings. Sponsorship terms and payment are agreed separately.

6. Things you may not do

  • Post fake reviews, reviews of your own company or a competitor, or reviews you were paid to write.
  • Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your connection to a company.
  • Scrape, copy or republish the site’s content in bulk, or use automated tools that put unreasonable load on the site.
  • Try to get around security measures, rate limits or moderation, or access accounts that aren’t yours.
  • Use the site for anything unlawful.

7. Our content

The site’s design, text written by us, ratings calculations and compilations are owned by Transport Auto Reviews LLC. You may link to any page and quote short extracts with a link back. Anything more needs our written permission.

8. No guarantees

The site is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee that reviews, ratings, prices, company details or anything else on the site are accurate, complete or current, or that the site will always be available. We don’t recommend or endorse any company, and we are not part of any agreement between you and a transport company.

9. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Transport Auto Reviews LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your dealings with a transport company or from content written by others. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $100.

10. Indemnity

If you post content or use the site in breach of these terms and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, including legal fees.

11. Disputes about reviews

If you believe content on the site is false, unlawful or infringes your rights, see our legal notice for how to raise it.

12. Law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
