| Review: | I was bombarded with phone calls and emails and was very confused. This was my first time transporting a car. I had gone with a company i thought was the cheapest and I had signed a contract with this company I was asked for my credit card information over the phone which I thought meant i was locking a down a date. Days before my pick up date John called me and explained the process of transporting my car. After he explained to me that paying a deposit did not mean I had a driver locked in, I tried to cancel but the company never answered. John had to call and get me removed from central dispatch. He then located a driver for me on the date I needed. I was charged nothing until delivery. John kept me informed and at ease through out the entire process | |
