Review: | The customer service at Ship a Car Direct was great and my car was delivered on time and intact with no damage. My only complaint is that the car carrier company did not contact me when the carrier for my car was booked. I contacted the carrier company and was told someone would follow-up with a confirmation phone call the next day. A phone call was never received. I called two days before the scheduled pick up date and they said the car will be picked up a day later than the scheduled date. The car was actually picked up on the correct date. But communication is an area that needs to be improved on between customer and carrier. | |
