To say that Boss Transportation is the worst transport company in the world would be an understatement. How these con-artist continue to operate is amazing. Not only did they never deliver my car, but Elizabeth and Matt, both are liars. They specifically told me they would NOT charge my credit card until my car was assigned to a driver. Well, she charged my card the very next day. Not only that, they charged me more than what was quoted. Then, they couldn’t even find a driver for my car. Took them 2 weeks, and I finally found another company who had a guy pick it up the next day.
Then, it was the hassle of trying to get them to refund the deposit they had illegally charged. Do NOT SIGN THEIR CONTRACT ! Spoke with Matt and Elizabeth again, who promised they would refund my money. Then they turned me over to some guy name Joe. He lied and said he would take care of it. Days passed and he stopped taking my calls. Matt would send me to his Voice Mail. I have all the email correspondences to validate my claim that this company is a rip off. I will report them to the state attorney for fraud and to the BBB. My goal is to get them fined or shut down, so no one else has to get ripped off by BOSS transportation in Miami Florida. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!
Refund my money you jerks. You did no work !!
