I was looking to transport a 2015 Dodge charger ScatPack from Billing, Mt to Laredo, Tx. I had received several offers from countless companys and came across Number1autotransport. Many companies had way lower offers but Number1autotransport seemed the most trust worthy. Paid a total of $1,850.00.
I received a call from Max Parker and he seemed genuinely concerned about assisting me in transporting my new car across the country. I told him the car needed extra care due to the fact that the car had low clearence in the front. He tried to help me locate an enclosed transport but could not find one in the time frame I needed due to prior arrangements with the dealer. I told him I would settle for open transport and he went out of his way to help me. He found a driver close by and asked him to wait one day due to paperwork, the driver agreed AWESOME!
I was told by the dealer that the driver showed up promptly Friday at 9 a.m. and took great care in loading my new car. I contacted the driver (Champ) and he told me he would be here Sunday the latest! Wow 1900 miles in two days!
He arrived Sunday late afternoon. Champ was a very nice older gentleman. He was very knowledgeable and experienced about the whole process. He was also hauling a 2016 GMC Sierra 2500. He unloaded my car with great care and made sure not to scrape the front bumper. Very professional.
I've had vehicles transported before but this was my best experience yet. I want to personally thank Max and Champ for outstanding service. Handing over a brand new car to complete strangers is very nerve-wracking to begin with but these gentlemen made the whole process easier. I would definitely use Number1autotransport again. Thanks again! |
