I was first contacted by Milton on 29th, very polite and seeing how I needed my car moved I went ahead and paid on the 30TH over the phone used a cc $200. Had an issue with the digital signature on codasign (happens sometime with docusings, very understandable) had to call and email over a span of a week daily to get a pdf and this was only resolved after threating cancellation; got an email attachment as requested so signed and faxed back.
I called and was told that there would be someone contacting me to provide the info of driver assigned, and the day of pickup. I was initially told that this would take two days and once that passed, two days again and finally two days ago yesterday or today (May 15th). Called again today and was told that the order has been placed and someone will be here by the 20th. I am beginning to be annoyed at the lack of communication, being a business owner I can understand things not going according to plan but having to make calls over and over and being given inaccurate information makes even a good company seem fraudulent. I have a gut feeling that the May 20th pick up won’t happen, I hope this is not the case. I’m planning alternate methods as of now, because I gave someone my word and I’ll do anything humanly possible to live up to it. The $200.00 isn’t much and is not the issue; it’s just the waste of time and lack of communication that is causing the issue. One detailed email with info whatever the date would have been sufficient, but having to call over and over to receive complete contradictive information is a waste of time for me and yourself.
Hope to change this review into a positive one if the car is picked up on May, 20th as informed. However, as of now, extremely unhappy.
