| Subject | Second time using Lightning Auto | |
| Review: | My first experience was flawless, no issues, no problems. The second time was chaotic. Lightning was instructed to contact the dealer one day prior to pick-up so that the dealer could prep the car. This did not happen. They arrived unannounced and the vehicle was not service (fluids changed, vehicle detailed). I was given a 3 to 5 day arrival/transportation time and it took 7 days with the vehicle arriving at 10:00pm. I would use them again, but, communication and following instructions needs to improve. | |
