| Review: | The drivers and customer service representatives called after 8pm and before 8am. They also expected pick-up/drop-off very late at night or very early in the morning. These are not usually the best times for me and it's hard to inspect a car for damage in the dark. There was not much flexibility. However everyone was very nice. | |
