It's hard to trust in a company that is not local & a business that we've never dealt with before. Autostar's customer service was very attentive and professional. Pick up trucking company was thorough and honest. Tracking number was good to have. Whenever we had a question, we were able to get a customer service rep or a return phone call in a timely fashion. We received emails to update the car's status. The only complaint would be that the car had arrived for pick up & according to the email was not ready for pick up. We expected a phone call or another email that said it was ready but we had to call ourselves. The next email indicated that the ready for pick up date had passed. Pick up on the other end was easy. The car was dirty at pick up but we received a carwash voucher. Thank you Autostar! |
