First of all, the quote was $700 and I ended up paying $800+$100 tip for the driver because I exceeded the 100 lbs in the car. I have a tiny car and I was moving all of my stuff so I needed to entirely fill my car. I ended up having to leave stuff behind because they said I couldn't block the windows. Secondly, the pick up date changed 3 times and ended up being a day early. Also, they said they would be there around 6 pm to pick up my car. They called at 9 pm saying they were there. I waited and realized they were in a parking lot near my house when they said they would be at my exact address. The driver did not have a phone so it was impossible to reach him. Finally, my car was delivered 3 days after the date estimated by the driver, but it arrived at the right address and in good conditions. I have no experience with other shipping companies but I definitely thing that they can do better. |
