Hello,
My name is Jasmine C. Thomas. On January 14, 2016, I placed an order for my 2013 Chevrolet Sonic to be shipped from Killeen, TX to Williamsburg, VA. That same day (January 14th), I decided to drive instead, so I cancelled the order that same day. Michael (the associate that I booked my vehicle transport through)561-702-8067) said I would receive my $75 refund within 3-5 business days from that day. It has been more than one month later since I requested my refund. Michael is saying I have to get a hold of Whitney and speak with her directly because she is in charge of the accounting department- however, every time I call passage auto transport (1-844-332-7020), she is not available. I would appreciate it if someone took charge of this situation and process my refund. If you could please contact me via email or phone with an update, I would greatly appreciate it.
All I want is my $75 refund. It has been over five weeks since I cancelled my order and since I was told it would be refunded. Every time I call Passage Auto Transport (1-844-332-7020), I am told something different, "You have to speak with Michael (561-702-8067)," "You have to speak with Whitney, she's in charge of accounting," "You have to email accounting ([email protected]), "Your refund was processed January 22, 2016 (which is not true because it has been well over 4 weeks). I am tired of being misled, all I want is my refund.
