I will say off the bat, i was not an easy customer to deal with. I wanted to get my corvette shipped enclosed. I also wanted to do this as inexpensively as possible. i must have called Nicole 10 times minimum. i know i called her at least 2 times a day while I was trying to make up my mind which company to use.
The reason why i went with South Beach was that they say they will answer at all times. I tried that. I called at 8pm on a Saturday and got an answer from Nicole. I tried other companies and let me tell you after 5pm not a peep from them.
She was straightforward, answered my questions ( sometimes the same ones over and over again) and she was able to find a driver the fit my needs and she got me to do this at a higher rate than i had planned. How? By simply explaining the process to me and that the service I wanted was not cheap. I understood that and had no problem paying for it.
He picked up from the dealer and actually called me every day to check in and let me know where he was. He was great
