| Review: | Couldn't agree more. Nurse Ratchet (Janie Hect) is a rude woman. Manager of customer (lack of ) service. Agreed to have my vehicle picked up on the 22 March. Called the 21st to confirm. The son Chris who I made the arrangements with WOULD NOT take my call. When I spoke to 'the manager" 'that woman' screamed at me nor did she allow me to discus the fact NO ONE EVER told me that they have a 2-3 day window. Not in contract either. Just cancelled after 4 days of no calls or correspondence. Also gave a heads-up to my credit card co. Nancy Reagan had it right... JUST SAY NO!! | |
