| Review: | Vehicle was supposed to be shipped to Oregon.We gave them 3 weeks to get it here.... never showed up. Numerous calls to AT123 were met with excuses and condescending tones. Calling to get a credit AFTER the shipping fiasco and this company is rude and horrible to deal with. They take no responsibility for their actions and pawned me off on the carrier that contracted with them to complain to. Well, that carrier never even had the original shipping address, so AT123 had NO intention of shipping this vehicle to Oregon! PLEASE DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!! I have also emailed the Ft. Gordon relocation department to let them know to quit recommending this company to service members needing to get vehicles shipped. | |
