I used them to move my Honda Accord from California to Texas. They do a vehicle check for any damages before the loading of the car which is fine. I was told that the insurance is included in the price I was quoted. When the car finally arrived, I was waiting in the lot for my car. The way they handled the cars was pretty rough. They had to get other cars off the trailer, to get mine off. Given the way they were handling those cars, I would be pissed if it was my car. Because I was standing there, he handled my car a lot better. I noticed a scratch in my front bumper and my mud guard was broken on the front bumper. I pointed them out to him and he asked me to mark it on the verification sheet which I did. I have beige interiors and it had dirty fingerprints all over it. So, in order to claim these damages from the insurance company, I called them a week later. A very rude man handled the call and told me that there was no reason for them to believe that I hadnt caused those damages and that I should have called them within 24 hours of receiving my car. I pointed out that I even marked out the damages on the sheet in front of the driver. Apparently the INSURANCE IS VALID ONLY for 24 HOURS once u receive the car. They handled it really badly and the insurance is basically a sham. NEVER use them. |
