I recently decided to use this broker to help me transport my car from one state to another and was quoted for $295( $200 for the driver and $95 for the broker). I informed them that my car wasn't running and needed at flatbed for the tow. They sent a tow truck that could not transport my car. The tow truck needed a winch to be able to tow my car. The driver explain that to me and couldn't tow my car. I contacted nation auto transport to tell them my situation, they had sent the wrong tow truck. To make a long story short , my calls were ignored, when they did pick up I was transferred to numerous of people, and I was hung up on as well. Frustrated I called them and told them that I didn't want their service and to cancel to tow and refund my deposit of $95 back to me. They refused and said they provided the service I ask for, which I didn't receive. I had to hire a local towing company to transport my car to its destination which costs me $650. So not only I lost $95 to these crooks because they didn't want to refund my money, but I also had to pay an extra $450 from my quote of $295, just to get my car towed. |
