I contacted Yasmin to pick up a vehicle for us in Livingston LA on Wednesday June 8th and on June 9th she already had a carrier found to pick up our vehicle on the 13th. The carrier ran into some trouble with a previous delivery which put them a day behind. So pickup was done on June 14th and a storage fee was assessed for the late pickup, which the carrier covered. The vehicle was due in Wisconsin on June 15th and the vehicle was picked up on June 14th. The carrier drove straight thru from Louisiana to Wisconsin and delivered the vehicle actually 3 hours ahead of schedule on the 15th. We could not be anymore satisfied with the prompt service and attention to detail from both the carrier Amazing Rides LLC and by Yasmin Sairally with Auto Star Transport Express. Thank you both for your assistance and I will be calling again as the service was great! |
