I bought a 1938 Chevy coupe sight unseen. I contacted Nicole to get a quote. I was a first timer at this. She provided pricing and explained the entire shipping process to me.
I figured I could ship this open. Nicole located a driver for me, one that she had worked with before. When he got there, he called her and told her he would not pick up the car because it was a fully restored car in pristine condition and was in fact under a car cover. he took pictures and sent them to her.
She called me and told me there was no way this should be shipped open. She then recommended an enclosed trucker to do the job. She explained it would take a little bit more time to find an enclosed driver. She got me one in 3 days. He picked up and delivered early. When it came off the truck, man was she right. it was so shiny, the whitewalls were brand new.
Thanks Nicole for saving me from making a huge mistake shipping open. I have 2 more cars to ship. i will use no one else. |
