I am warning you to never use this company. For one, they were a day late picking up my car. Next, I was called an hour and half before my car was going to be delivered to tell me they were going to be there. The cable company gives you at least a three hour window. They didn't even make it all the way to the destination and made us drive to meet them. They told me that they increased the price by $100 because they did not know I packed the back of my car. I was told I could by a transport broker and that there was no additional fee. They told me that if I didn't pay it he would instruct the driver to leave my things on the side of the road. I have never dealt with anyone in customer service who was so disrespectful. They are crooks trying to pad their wallets. Beware of this company. |
