Review: | The process went smoothly until they got me in contact with the carrier for my vehicle. The driver was in a completely different state when he was supposed to get my car. Then he randomly called me during work one day in my new city to tell me he was 20 minutes from my house to drop it off. The driver wanted me to meet him in a random parking lot somewhere in the city to meet him to get the vehicle. When I finally was able to get to a place for him to drop off the vehicle he drove past me and said he didn't have time to turn around and was an hour late. When I picked up the car I noticed there was black rubber a portion of the car, but was too frustrated to care. | |
