My route was a tough one, with vehicle not located near some major interstate. This is what I would call a "hard case". But through his large network of connections, Gilbert was aggressive in reaching out to many possible trucking firms. He kept me informed over the first few days as to who he was reaching out to, and honestly explained some of the challenges to me, as well as outlining his creative approach to how to solve things and pursue alternative approaches. Ultimately he did a few other approaches to get more attention on this request. One firm - the one we went with - came in with a possible match to add my vehicle as it passed by, and Gilbert expertly negotiated pickup time and dates which were - to my amazement - just 3 days after he and I first had discussion. Not only this, but he ensured the reputation of the shipping firm was solid so none of us would have remorse. Since this was a vehicle that was originally shipped from here to Montana several years ago, I was already well aware that the out of the way location would be difficult. I could not have envisioned that once Gilbert got involved, he would get this worked out and booked in just a few days time. I could not be any happier with his professionalism, his regular status updates as things unfolded. And ultimately, getting the job done quickly and expertly. I would recommend Gilbert in the highest terms possible, as a very honest, trustworthy professional who gets things done. And to the degree possible, delivering on his original promise on estimated pickup dates, price range and quality of shipper. If ever I have a need for long distance shipping in the future, I will not waste my time with other possible options and empty promises. I will make one email or phone call to Philam and Gilbert Tan, because they listened to me, laid out some creative options, and they got it done. Very professional job!! I have no professional or other involvement with this firm. I am a regular person, who had a difficult shipping route to find a transportation match on.
