| Review: | I picked Navy auto transport to transport my BMW. Gary was the rep assigned to me. Gary had my bmw picked up on the day i needed it picked up, but the delivery was late. I called Gary pretty pissed off that my BMW was not delivered on the day i wanted. Gary patiently explain that thing do happen on the road and should be a little flexible considering thing may happen on the roads. He called my driver too see what was the reason for the delay of delivery. Come to find out the driver broke down on the road and was waiting to get his truck to be fix. Gary was able to find another driver right away to pick up my car from the original driver and have it delivered. Gary was very helpful and gave me great customer service. | |
