| Review: | Shipping of our car has been a terrible experience. They quote one price and then charge another. They were supposed to deliver the car on Thursday. Then they changed to Friday, then Saturday, then Sunday. At 11PM the night before the delivery they call and say they can’t deliver to the address we agreed on. We were told to meet the driver about 45 minutes from the agreed delivery location at 6:30 in the morning. We waited over an hour and half in some remote parking deck. When they arrive to unload the police show up as they are unloading on private property. They almost get arrested and the car was going to be impounded. And during all this the dispatch refused to answer any of our calls to find out what was going on. Just not acceptable! | |
