| Subject | Bait & Switch Plus Very Poor Communication! | |
| Review: | Stay Away!!! Received a quote to move my car from NV to CO for $850. Communication was very poor and I started getting real nervous about a pick-up date as the day had passed, the mover's had picked up everything and my Wife and I were forced to stay in an empty house with the hope the "High Standards" would come through. At the very last minute I was advised that they got in touch with a back-up truck but it will cost an additional $200. In the same email I was advised that "High Standards" would refund this $200 to me within 2 to 3 days. Weeks went by and no refund was processed. I filed a BBB compliant and the refused to honor the upcharge/refund agreement. Not a business anyone should do business with!! | |
