James and Direct Auto Carrier delivered my car in only 6 days and did a fantastic job. Communication between James and his crew was not short of outstanding throughout the transport. Direct's Driver (Frank) was so professional and courteous and kept us informed throughout. Could not ask for any better service that what was provided by James O'Connor and his company. My vehicle arrived earlier than expected (6 days) and was in same perfect shape throughout this long journey. They are for real and there are many many bad companies out there. We did not want to go with a unreliable broker, we wanted a real direct carrier with a DOT license. They are a real family owned business and we like that. We did our due diligence in choosing James and we are so glad and fortunate we found them. We will recommend them to our friends and family and again, Outstanding Job James and Direct. |
