| Review: | Scheduled a car pick up. The driver never showed up but a deposit was charged to my credit card! Despite several emails and texts ( kristina stopped answering the phone and only communicates by text or email!!!) the deposit has not been paid back. She said ti would totaled one week , then 2 weeks and then said it could 30 days! Not sure if it is the company policy to steal money from customers or if it is the sales rep incompetence !
