| Review: | Nicole was knowledgeable, but you should not promise something you have no control over. We requested a call the day before delivery and we did not receive one. The driver called when he was on the site early the next morning. He was extremely rude while we looked over the car for any damages and then threatened to put the car back on the carrier since we did not work fast enough for him. It got to the point we called the local town police due to the threats the driver made to us. I made Nicole aware of the incident that took place with driver and she did not seem to care. I would not recommend this company. I'm sure there are better transporters out there that have better follow-up when it comes to customer service | |
