Lance was professional, thorough and reliable throughout the entire process. He is very knowledgeable about the car transport industry and provide excellent advise. He was prompt in his responses and accurate in his projection. All in all, I was very satisfied with Lance's service.

Was happy with auto shipping group as the broker. Heidi was great. Was not too happy with FHT auto transport (the company that was selected to actually transport the car). They did not show up or call on the day they were supposed to pick up. Upon requesting info for updates they didn't provide any. Steve was rude on the phone. Also their driver stole something from the trunk.
After talking with several transporters, getting promises that couldn't be kept, quotes that changed, and more, We came across and email from Kimberly at Auto Shipping Group, Inc. Kimberly said the lesser rates were too low and would never get picked up. Boy, was she right!!!
